Amber Premium Vanilla Paste is manufactured in an advanced food facility on Kibbutz Maanit in Northern Israel with a history dating to 1940. The facility leverages leading R&D and manufacturing capabilities to create innovative food products, and has achieved the following certifications: GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and ISO 9001. Convenient packaging options are available, meeting retail, food service, and industrial needs. A Little Bit of History
Amber was founded by Josh Cohen, who relocated from the U.S. to Israel in 2001. With a strong background in customer satisfaction and product management, Josh founded Amber Flavors in 2005. By 2007 Amber Flavors’ products were available nationwide in health food chains and specialty stores. In 2015 Amber Flavors introduced our Premium Vanilla Paste which positioned us as a market leader. In our quest to make the finest quality vanilla products available to the widest possible audience, we received Halal certification for our Amber Premium Alcohol-Free Vanilla Paste in 2022. To our delight, the product was warmly received at the 2022 Dubai Specialty Food Festival.
