Looking for the perfect Passover dessert? These no-bake pistachio bites come together in just 15 minutes and require no oven at all. They’re healthy, protein-rich, and bursting with flavor thanks to the incredible pistachio paste from J&G Pecans. Whether served on a holiday table or enjoyed straight from the fridge, they’re guaranteed to impress.
Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour (kosher for Passover)

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 heaping tablespoon J&G Pecans Pistachio Paste (add more if needed)

100 g white chocolate, melted
-
2 tablespoons toasted shredded coconut

Optional fillings: frozen raspberries, blueberries, or hazelnuts
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the almond flour with powdered sugar.

Add the pistachio paste and combine until a soft dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a bit more paste.

Roll the dough into one large ball and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Remove from the fridge and divide into 10–15 small balls, depending on the size you prefer.

You can leave them as they are or press a frozen berry or nut into the center of each one before reshaping into a ball.

Freeze for 15 minutes.

While they chill, melt the white chocolate.

Dip each ball into the chocolate until fully coated, then sprinkle with toasted coconut.

Return to the freezer for 10 minutes to set, then store in the fridge until serving.
