Alfasi Red Blend

ALFASI Cabernet Sauvignon – Merlot – Cabernet Franc is made with great attention to detail. The unique vineyard is at an elevation of 1,060 m. (3,477 ft.) above sea level.  The grapes are carefully sorted on arrival at the winery and then undergo cold soaking at 10-12 o°C (50-53o°F) before fermentation, in search of a delicate extraction of colors, aromas, and flavors. 

The wine is bright, with a deep red color, and elegant aromas of blackberries and white micromeria. The palate is of blueberries and fresh red berries, as well as a hint of Mediterranean herbs. It is full-bodied, with soft tannins, and is aged for 24 months in oak barrels.
