ALFASI SPECIAL EDITION

Alfasi Special Edition represents the deep connection of the Alfasi family to their winery and the Golan Heights. It reflects winemaker Adam Alfasi’s bond with the land and the vines. The grapes for this wine were grown in the winery’s basaltic vineyards in the northern Golan Heights, using agro-technological methods aimed at producing a powerful, fruit-driven wine. This wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah grapes, carefully cultivated in the rich basaltic soils of the Valley of Tears and the northern Golan. It has a deep garnet color, ripe black fruit aromas, and distinct flavors of hyssop and purple basil. The wine features a full body, ripe tannins, and a long finish. This rich and complex wine will continue to age beautifully for years.
The wine was aged for 36 months in oak barrels
