Odem Forest Red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Nebbiolo, and Syrah, grown in the winery’s vineyards in the Valley of Tears in the northern Golan Heights.
The wine has a semi-opaque cherry-red hue, with aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, and raspberry, complemented by flavors of cherry and raspberry with a hint of sage.
