Syrah Reserve is crafted from hand-harvested grapes picked at dawn in the Golan Heights. Fermented at 17-26°C (62-79°F) for a delicate extraction. The wine displays a deep red color with hints of purple. It has aromas of flowers and toasted wood, with flavors of blueberries, ripe black fruits, and earthiness, and a velvety finish. Aged 18 months in 400-liter French oak barrels to preserve the fruity intensity.
