The grapes for Volcanic Riesling are cultivated in the Valley of Tears in the northern Golan Heights, Israel’s coldest and highest wine-growing region. Harvested at dawn, the grapes fermented at 15–17°C to ensure a delicate extraction of color, aroma, and flavor.
This wine features a straw-yellow hue with a green tint and boasts rich aromas of pear, lemon, and green apple. Its refreshing acidity enhances the fruit flavors beautifully.
