February is the perfect time to indulge in your favorite TV shows from the comfort of your couch. With the chill still in the air and outdoor activities on hold, it’s an ideal month for Netflix enthusiasts. This year, Netflix offers more than just streaming content. Introducing Netflix Bites Vegas, a unique dining experience now open at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. This innovative restaurant brings beloved Netflix series and films to life through an array of themed dishes and drinks.
Building on the success of the 2023 pop-up, Netflix Bites Los Angeles, which saw reservations fully booked for over six weeks, the Vegas location is set for a year-long residency. The menu caters to all meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—each featuring items inspired by popular Netflix productions.
For breakfast, guests can enjoy the Leo-fied Lassi, a fresh green yogurt-based smoothie served in an edible chocolate terrarium, inspired by the animated film “Leo.” Lunch offerings include To All the Tomato Soups I’ve Loved Before, a classic tomato soup accompanied by a broken heart-shaped crouton, a nod to the romantic film series. Another intriguing option is the Red Bite, Green Bite, a “Squid Game”-inspired dish where diners spin a wheel to determine their culinary fate, featuring fried chicken with assorted dipping sauces.
The beverage menu boasts creations like the Dalgona Rum Buzz, a creamy rum and coffee cocktail garnished with dalgona candy, paying homage to “Squid Game.” Reality TV fans might opt for the Love Is Blind cocktail, customizable to personal taste and served in the show’s signature gold chalice, which guests can take home as a keepsake.
Dessert enthusiasts shouldn’t miss The Dessert Is Lava, a decadent chocolate mountain dessert inspired by the game show “The Floor Is Lava,” featuring molten confectioners’ lava and interactive gummy contestants.
To celebrate the grand opening, Netflix invited stars such as Cara Buono from “Stranger Things,” WWE Wrestler Tiffany Stratton, and chef David Chang to preview the innovative menu. Netflix Bites Vegas is currently open to the public, accepting walk-ins until February 19. Reservations are available starting February 20.
