Ilana and Nir, the second generation of Plasto Polish, unexpectedly found their way into the family business. Ilana, a former teacher, and Nir, a nuclear engineering graduate, never imagined working in the cleaning products industry. In 1989, while Nir attended a trade show in Vegas with their father, their mother managed the accounting alone, overwhelmed by manual bookkeeping.

With a background in computer studies, Ilana stepped in to assist and ended up staying for 36 years. Nir’s experience in Vegas ignited his passion for the business, leading him to return ready to contribute. Together, they infused the factory with fresh ideas while honoring their father’s legacy. Their dedication to quality has been instrumental in transforming the factory into a leading producer of advanced cleaning products.
