Rose-NRG carries forward a story that began in 2017, when Piece of Bean was founded at Kibbutz Dan in northern Israel.

Its goal was to make tasty, wholesome food accessible to people with different dietary needs and preferences. Starting with organic vegan patties for Israeli health food stores, the business expanded into exports and private label development.
Following a wartime shutdown and acquisition, its next chapter is taking shape at the factory in
Kibbutz Gonen.

Chickpeas, lentils, beans and vegetables form the foundation of Rose-NRG‘s product range.  From falafel and herb-filled chickpea balls to broccoli and lentil patties, beetroot patties and vegetable fritters, the recipes offer varied flavors, colors and textures. The clean label range is vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar or preservatives. The range brings familiar ingredients into convenient dishes that help professional kitchens serve satisfying plant-based meals to diners with different tastes and dietary preferences.

At its factory in Kibbutz Gonen, Rose-NRG combines culinary development with four flexible production lines and food safety controls, including ISO 22000 ertification. Its ready-to-heat products help professional kitchens simplify preparation and reduce waste. Frozen and chilled formats support different supply needs, with shelf life depending on the product. Alongside its core range, the factory has the expertise to develop soups, stews and cold salads, building on years of experience in commercial food production.
