A Little Bit of History
While living in Australia and running a Middle Eastern restaurant it became evident that the most popular item on the menu was the falafel that we prepared from a recipe we developed over several years. We also noticed that every shopping mall in Australia has an automatic coffee vending machine. That’s how the concept for Pellefood was born; to become a vendor that provides a falafel making machine together with the falafel mix.
