Shamir produces products under their own label or under private labels for supermarkets and institutions both in Israel and beyond, with the ability to produce 2,500 tons of salads and dips a month. 

Shamir’s modern factory is able to produce 2,500 tons of salads a month in three shifts. There are 6 production lines, 2 frying lines, 1 roasting line, 2 cooking stoves, 8 cooking pots and 6 chilling rooms.
